Most orders ship within 24 hours. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment it leaves our warehouse.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship free to 50+ countries. If you can find us, we can ship to you. Unsure? Drop us a line.

Will I have to pay customs or duties?

For most countries, no. A few countries may charge import duties — these are out of our control and depend on your local customs. Reach out if you want to double-check.

How do I track my order?

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet — yes, no problem. Email us within 12 hours of placing it and we'll sort it. Once it ships, you'll need to wait and use our 30-day returns instead.

I entered the wrong address — what now?

Email us ASAP at support@playpadelhub.com with your order number. If we catch it before it ships, we'll fix it. After that, we'll do our best to redirect.
